Here we worked with Spence ltd providing our commercial and project management resource to deliver, from start to finish, this rather beautiful looking glass box valued at circa 8 milliom pounds

Three HMO developments

Here we assisted the client in procurement of the contractor, adjudicated tenders, negotiated the price, put together the contracts and set up the commercial framework for the project going forward.

Residential new build and community centre

This exciting project was worked on in partnership with our friends at Studio Anares and we provided the cost plans and estimating as well as optioneering to get the project off the ground

Brought up to quite a high level of finish, we partnered with Radius construction to deliver the commercial aspects of the build from start to finish

Part of a very big team

Contracted to Costain we helped deliver a very small but very important part of this once in a lifetime opportunity project managing the change control for purposes of monthly KPI reporting

Enabling works for HS2

Contracted to Skanska UK Ltd we had a rare opportunity to get involved with one of Britains signature high speed rail projects and were in a team tasked with management of the enabling "cutline" package of works involving demolition of three platforms and building of a temporary facade for hand back to HS2

London Science Museum

Shop fit out and new mezzanine

Another project we did with Radius construction to deliver the new shop fit out for the science museum, a very interesting place to work

Paradise Row Arches

Commercial fitout

Working again with Spence we delivered all commercial service to facilitate the fitout of six arches for commercial use, one of the first of such projects in London at the time and a very exciting project to work on
